While you are roaming Part 2 – NELSON

Nelson is about 41km from Salmo and is the largest town nearby with a whomping population of roughly 9, 258, but don’t be fooled.  In 2010 Nelson issued over 1200 business licenses!  Part of Nelson’s pride comes from the way the majority of residents support locally owned and operated stores rather than big business chains and franchises. Nelson is known as the #1 small arts community in Canada. Enjoy exploring this creative landscape!
